Privacy policy

Cake Cascade is made by Wize Design LTD EOOD ("we"), a company registered in Bulgaria. This policy explains what happens to your information when you play Cake Cascade on iPhone.

The short version

We don't collect any data about you. There are no accounts, no sign-ins, no analytics, no tracking and no ads in the game. Nothing you do in the game is sent to us.

What stays on your phone

To save your game, Cake Cascade keeps a few things on your device:

• your progress: stars and best score for each level, and the last level you played;
• your settings: music, sounds, buzz, shake and phone tilt;
• the looks you picked in the Shop, and a note of what you've bought, so it works offline.

This stays on your phone and is never sent to us. If your iPhone backs up to iCloud, it may be included in that backup, which Apple handles under its own privacy policy. Deleting the app deletes it, and "Reset progress" in Settings clears your stars and scores.

Purchases

In-app purchases are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see your name, Apple ID, email or payment details. Apple only tells the app which items you own, so it can unlock them. Apple's privacy policy is at apple.com/legal/privacy.

Phone tilt

If you turn on Phone tilt, the game reads your phone's motion sensors to steer the flow while you play. These readings are used on the spot and are never stored or sent anywhere.

Children

Cake Cascade is suitable for all ages. Because we don't collect any personal data, we don't collect data from children either.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and similar laws you can ask what data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. For Cake Cascade the answer is simple: we hold none. If you have a question, we're happy to answer it.

Changes

If a future version of the game changes what happens to your data, for example by adding optional ads, we'll update this policy before that version is released and change the date at the top.
